What You'll Be Doing
Design, write, and deploy robust smart contracts that power savings, spending, and reward mechanisms
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate financial logic into secure, efficient on-chain code
Conduct rigorous testing, auditing, and optimization of smart contracts to safeguard user funds
Integrate decentralized protocols with off-chain systems to automate financial workflows
Stay current on DeFi standards, Solidity best practices, and emerging distributed systems architecture
Contribute to technical decisions shaping the future of the platform's crypto-powered infrastructure
What We're Looking For
Proven experience building and deploying smart contracts (Solidity or equivalent) in production environments
Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and blockchain security principles
Hands-on experience with Ethereum or similar distributed ledger networks
Solid grasp of gas optimization, contract auditing, and common vulnerability patterns
Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to cross-functional teams
Bonus Points
Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions or cross-chain protocols
Familiarity with fintech or consumer savings/spending products
Contributions to open-source web3 projects or DeFi protocols
