As Social Media Marketing Manager, you'll craft narratives that resonate across platforms, translating complex blockchain concepts into compelling, community-first content. You'll operate at the intersection of marketing strategy and decentralized culture, helping Sui build trust and transparency with a global audience of builders, creators, and crypto-natives.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute a multi-channel social media strategy that amplifies Sui's mission across Web3 and crypto communities
Create original, high-impact content (copy, threads, campaigns) that simplifies smart contracts, DeFi, and blockchain innovation for broad audiences
Monitor trends across crypto Twitter/X, Discord, and other decentralized community hubs to keep Sui's voice relevant and timely
Collaborate cross-functionally with community, DevRel, and partnerships teams to align messaging with ecosystem growth initiatives
Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance using data-driven insights
Represent Sui's brand voice with authenticity, transparency, and consistency across all platforms
What We're Looking For
3+ years of social media marketing experience, ideally within crypto, fintech, or technology sectors
Deep understanding of blockchain, web3, and decentralized ecosystems — you speak the language fluently
Proven ability to craft engaging copy that balances technical accuracy with accessibility
Strong grasp of platform-specific strategies (X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn)
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset
Comfort working independently in a remote, contract-based environment
Bonus Points
Experience marketing for a Layer 1 blockchain, DeFi protocol, or gaming/Web3 platform
Familiarity with the Sui ecosystem or Move programming language
Existing network within crypto Twitter or developer communities
Background in content design or multimedia storytelling
