What You'll Be Doing
Architect and build polished, high-performance user interfaces for products built atop our distributed ledger network
Translate complex blockchain and smart contract functionality into intuitive, visually compelling experiences
Collaborate closely with design, backend, and protocol engineers to ship seamless web3 products
Own the frontend design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the N1 product suite
Optimize performance and responsiveness for applications interacting with decentralized networks
Prototype rapidly, iterate based on user feedback, and push the boundaries of crypto UX
What We're Looking For
Strong command of modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript, or similar)
A sharp eye for visual design, typography, and interaction patterns
Experience building production-grade web applications with attention to performance
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguous requirements
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate design decisions clearly
Genuine curiosity about blockchain, DeFi, and the future of decentralized computing
Bonus Points
Prior experience building interfaces for crypto, DeFi, or smart contract-based products
Familiarity with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, wagmi, viem) and wallet integrations
Background in design systems or component library development
Experience with animation, motion design, or creative coding
