What You'll Be Doing
Mine large-scale onchain and offchain datasets to surface trends across the entirety of blockspace activity
Partner with engineering, product, and research teams to translate business questions into rigorous, data-driven answers
Architect robust data pipelines that ingest, clean, and structure data from diverse blockchain and web3 sources
Apply statistical modeling and hypothesis testing to validate the performance of models and decentralized protocols
Build intuitive dashboards and visualizations that make complex crypto data accessible to stakeholders
Push the boundaries of data science by experimenting with new methodologies in AI and blockchain analytics
Own and evolve key metrics, reports, and infrastructure that inform strategic decisions across the organization
What We're Looking For
7+ years of hands-on experience in data science, ideally within fast-moving tech or crypto environments
A quantitative degree—Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field
Demonstrated success designing, prototyping, and scaling data products that solve real business problems
Comfort partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and translating domain expertise into technical solutions
Strong Python and SQL skills, with solid software engineering practices around testing and deployment
Sharp communication skills that inspire alignment and drive collaboration across teams
Bonus Points
Prior experience analyzing web3, DeFi, or smart contract data
Familiarity with Ethereum, Layer 2 scaling solutions, or the broader decentralized ecosystem
A self-starter mentality with the drive to build data systems from the ground up
