This isn't your typical content position — it's a builder-first role at the intersection of blockchain engineering and technical storytelling. You'll work hands-on with Tether's peer-to-peer stack, crafting functional applications and then documenting them through sharp, developer-focused demos. If you love writing code as much as explaining it, this role lets you do both at the frontier of decentralized infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing
Independently architect and build functional peer-to-peer applications using the Pear platform and Bare runtime, requiring minimal engineering support
Produce polished, high-quality screen-share recordings that walk viewers through your code, peer discovery mechanisms, and synchronization logic
Translate dense protocol updates and cryptographic primitives into digestible, developer-friendly narratives
Create an ongoing "build-in-public" content series that showcases real-world decentralized systems in action
Collaborate closely with core engineering teams to stay aligned with the latest advancements in distributed ledger technology and smart contract-adjacent tooling
Champion Tether's peer-to-peer vision across technical communities, helping developers understand practical applications of distributed systems
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated coding ability — you can build and ship real applications, not just discuss them theoretically
Strong grasp of peer-to-peer architecture, networking fundamentals, and decentralized protocols
Experience with JavaScript/Node.js or similar runtime environments; familiarity with Bare or comparable lightweight runtimes is a major plus
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for creating clear, engaging technical content
Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first crypto environment
A genuine passion for blockchain, web3, and decentralized technology — this role demands authenticity, not marketing polish
