About This Role
This isn't just community management—it's community architecture for a global crypto powerhouse. As the US Web3 Channels & Community Lead, you'll own the voice and vibe of our brand across every major social and community platform, driving authentic engagement around our crypto exchange, dApp ecosystem, and distributed wallet infrastructure. You'll sit at the intersection of marketing, product, and grassroots crypto culture, directly shaping how the US market perceives and interacts with decentralized finance.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and grow US-based community channels (Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit) to deepen engagement with crypto-native and mainstream audiences
Develop localized content and campaign strategies that highlight our blockchain wallet, DeFi integrations, and dApp offerings
Act as the primary liaison between our community and internal product/marketing teams, surfacing user feedback on smart contracts, trading features, and platform updates
Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, ambassadors, and crypto influencers across the web3 space
Monitor sentiment, trends, and competitor activity within the distributed ledger and crypto exchange industry
Plan and execute community-driven events, AMAs, and activations that strengthen trust and loyalty around our brand
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in community management, ideally within crypto, blockchain, or web3-native companies
Deep understanding of decentralized applications, token economics, and crypto market dynamics
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting authentic, platform-native content
Proven ability to manage multiple social and community platforms simultaneously under tight timelines
Strong relationship-building skills with influencers, ambassadors, and crypto community members
Self-starter mentality with comfort operating in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry
Bonus Points
Experience working with crypto exchanges, wallets, or DeFi protocols
Familiarity with smart contract functionality and blockchain security practices
Existing network within the US crypto and web3 influencer ecosystem
Background in growth marketing or performance-driven community strategies
