What You'll Be Doing
Architect and deliver high-performance trading engineering solutions supporting crypto and digital asset execution
Lead cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle, from design to production deployment
Build maintainable, resilient systems that meet stringent functional and non-functional requirements in a regulated trading environment
Collaborate closely with traders, product managers, and risk teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Drive engineering best practices, code quality standards, and system reliability across the crypto trading platform
Mentor engineers while fostering a culture of innovation around blockchain and distributed systems technology
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering trading or financial systems at scale
Deep technical expertise in building low-latency, high-availability software architectures
Strong understanding of crypto markets, digital assets, or blockchain-based trading infrastructure
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within agile development frameworks
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders
Track record of hands-on technical leadership in complex, regulated environments

Experience with smart contracts or DeFi protocol integrations
Familiarity with institutional crypto custody, settlement, or exchange connectivity
Background working with distributed ledger systems in a capital markets context
