About This Role
Join a forward-thinking team building reusable Web3 platform components that will serve as the foundation for blockchain-powered financial products. This 6-month engagement puts you at the intersection of traditional finance and decentralized technology, where you'll engineer smart contracts, wallet infrastructure, and token lifecycle services that drive tangible business impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and develop scalable smart contract solutions supporting token issuance, transfers, and lifecycle management
Build robust blockchain connectivity layers that integrate seamlessly with enterprise financial systems
Architect secure wallet and custody solutions aligned with institutional-grade security standards
Create reusable Web3 platform capabilities that accelerate future distributed ledger initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, security, and compliance teams to deliver production-ready crypto infrastructure
Troubleshoot and optimize blockchain network performance across multiple environments
What We're Looking For
Proven experience engineering smart contracts and decentralized applications on major blockchain networks
Strong understanding of token standards, wallet architecture, and custody frameworks
Hands-on experience with blockchain connectivity tools and distributed ledger protocols
Background in financial services or enterprise-grade software environments preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
Strong communication skills to translate complex Web3 concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Points
Experience with DeFi protocols and tokenization frameworks
Familiarity with multi-chain architectures and cross-chain interoperability solutions
Prior work in regulated financial institutions implementing blockchain solutions
Contributions to open-source Web3 projects or developer communities
