2027 Sales and Trading Internships - NYC
About This Role
The Galaxy NYC Summer Internship Program is a nine-week, on-site experience at the company's New York HQ, giving interns hands-on exposure to Galaxy's Sales and Trading team(s) by working on real products and problems alongside the people building them. Alongside this practical work, interns take part in professional development programming, social events, and networking opportunities with senior leaders.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting Galaxy Trading through collaborative and independent projects, which have previously included market/token analyses, scripting and automation, trading strategies, and operational support
Learning the range of products and tailored solutions Galaxy offers to clients
Helping the sales team refine coverage models, automate workflows, and build product offering decks
Assisting with day-to-day team processes, including creating market color reports, prospecting new accounts, managing existing relationships, and developing trade ideas and trade structures
Building knowledge of digital assets, DeFi, macro, and derivatives
Pitching trades based on what you've learned on the desk
What We're Looking For
Undergraduate or master's students graduating between December 2027 and June 2028
Eligible master's students must have fewer than two years of relevant, full-time work experience
Students enrolled in PhD or JD programs are not eligible to apply
