What You'll Be Doing
Preparing assigned balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and supporting schedules for month-end close cycles, with guidance and review from Accounting team members
Collaborating across Global GL Operations, Revenue Accounting, Digital Asset Inventory Accounting, and Capital Markets/Prime Financing Accounting, working with both US and international stakeholders
Contributing to key accounting projects, including new system logic implementations, process enhancements, or product launches
Supporting internal and external audits by preparing documentation, including statutory financial statements for non-US subsidiaries
Maintaining process documentation and ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures across all assigned workstreams
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a BA/BS degree in Accounting or a related field, with foundational knowledge of US GAAP
Demonstrated analytical ability applied to accounting or finance contexts—such as reconciliations, variance analysis, or financial modeling—through coursework, projects, or prior experience
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines, including prioritizing across competing workstreams
Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Looker, or similar analytics tools, or experience with digital assets and the crypto economy
Responsible use of generative AI, with human oversight, to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
