What You'll Be Doing
Write high-quality, well-tested code that ships to production and directly impacts Coinbase customers.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to turn technical and product vision into delivered features.
Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving feedback that raises the quality bar for your team.
Own a defined project end-to-end, from scoping through implementation and launch, within the 12-week internship.
Learn and apply crypto and blockchain domain concepts to real engineering problems in a production environment.
What We're Looking For
Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as these tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs while driving measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
Programming experience in any language, whether from academic coursework, personal projects, or professional work.
Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete implementation steps.
Familiarity with at least one of: web development, mobile development, backend systems, or infrastructure.
Ability to use generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
