About the role
As an Android Developer, you’ll play a key role in building and evolving a white-label eCommerce mobile application used across multiple clients. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on developing new features, maintaining shared business logic, and ensuring a high-quality, scalable Android experience. You’ll work closely within a cross-functional feature pod while contributing to a wider mobile engineering team.
The role is ongoing and suited to an engineer who enjoys modern Android development, collaborative delivery, and balancing new feature work with platform stability and quality.
Requirements
Responsibilities Develop and deliver new features for a white-label eCommerce Android application Build and maintain UI using Jetpack Compose, following modern Android best practices Maintain and evolve Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) shared business logic used across Android and iOS Maintain end-to-end tests to ensure application stability and reliability Collaborate closely with product management, web, and iOS engineers within a feature pod Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows as part of the Android development lifecycle Requirements 4+ years of Android development experience, building and maintaining production mobile applications 4+ years of experience with Jetpack Compose, delivering modern, declarative UI Strong experience working with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) or similar shared mobile business logic Experience working with Compose Multiplatform in a production or near-production environment Solid understanding of Git-based workflows and experience using GitLab CI/CD Experience integrating APIs, including GraphQL, within mobile applications Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-platform mobile team Nice to have Experience using Fastlane for build automation and release management Previous experience working on white-label or multi-tenant mobile applications Exposure to eCommerce platforms and mobile payment or checkout flows Experience maintaining or improving mobile test coverage at scale Benefits Fixed Shifts: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM IST (Summer) | 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM IST (Winter) No Weekend Work: Real work-life balance, not just words Day 1 Benefits: Laptop and full medical insurance provided Support That Matters:Mentorship, community, and forums where ideas are shared True Belonging: A long-term career where your contributions are valued
