What You'll Be Doing
Architect and lead automation test strategies for blockchain-based platforms, smart contracts, and DeFi-adjacent applications
Build and scale robust test automation frameworks that validate distributed ledger functionality and data integrity
Partner with engineering, product, and blockchain development teams to embed quality practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle
Mentor and manage a team of automation engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices in testing decentralized systems
Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD pipelines to support faster, safer releases of blockchain-enabled solutions
Identify risks and edge cases unique to smart contract behavior, consensus mechanisms, and crypto transaction flows
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading automation testing teams, ideally within blockchain, fintech, or distributed systems environments
Strong hands-on background with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) and scripting languages
Working knowledge of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and decentralized application testing methodologies
Demonstrated people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing QA teams
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders across complex projects
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Bonus Points
Direct experience testing crypto platforms, DeFi protocols, or web3 applications
Familiarity with Solidity, Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other blockchain development stacks
Exposure to regulatory and security considerations within financial blockchain implementations
Certifications in blockchain technology or quality engineering leadership
