What You'll Be Doing
Architect and oversee the development of scalable blockchain platforms supporting next-generation financial infrastructure
Design, audit, and deploy robust smart contracts that meet stringent security and compliance standards
Lead a team of engineers in building distributed ledger solutions that enhance transparency and settlement efficiency
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, and compliance teams to align blockchain initiatives with business objectives
Evaluate emerging DeFi protocols and crypto frameworks to identify opportunities for institutional adoption
Mentor engineers on best practices in distributed systems design, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic security
What We're Looking For
Proven track record architecting and shipping production-grade blockchain or distributed ledger systems
Deep expertise in smart contract development, auditing, and deployment across major protocols
Strong leadership experience guiding engineering teams through complex technical initiatives
Solid understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and network security
Excellent communication skills to translate complex blockchain concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Hands-on experience with DeFi protocols, tokenization frameworks, or institutional crypto custody solutions
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or active participation in web3 developer communities
Familiarity with regulatory considerations surrounding digital assets in capital markets
