Draft motions, briefs, and discovery materials tailored to the unique challenges of distributed ledger disputes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on products liability and enforcement matters within the crypto space
Advise clients on litigation risk tied to emerging blockchain technologies and decentralized applications
What We're Looking For
2–6 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to financial services, securities, or technology clients
Strong academic credentials and active bar membership in good standing
Genuine interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and distributed systems—prior crypto experience is a major plus
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for courts and regulators
Self-starter mentality suited to a fast-paced, high-growth practice area
Comfort working directly with sophisticated crypto-native clients and founders

Prior experience litigating matters involving smart contracts, token offerings, or DeFi protocols
Familiarity with SEC/CFTC enforcement frameworks as applied to digital assets
Background in bankruptcy law within the crypto or fintech sector
