Associate Product Manager, Graduate Leadership Program
What You'll Be Doing
Own real product work in one or more focus areas, including AI and agentic payments, stablecoins and payments, trading, and user growth.
Research and prototype new ideas in agentic payments, where AI agents can transact on-chain for users.
Translate user problems into clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories and success metrics, working closely with engineering, design and data teams.
Analyze the market and competitors across wallets, DEXs, DeFi trading platforms, stablecoins and payment networks.
Define KPIs, run experiments and use data to measure the impact of shipped work.
Pitch ideas directly to product leadership, with the best ideas getting built.
What We're Looking For
0–2 years of work experience, including internships; any degree is welcome if you can show strong analytical thinking.
Structured and logical thinking, able to break a messy problem down into clear parts and a recommendation.
Clear communication skills, in writing and in person, including the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
AI literacy, with daily use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, Grok, Cursor) and curiosity about AI agents.
Genuine interest in Web3, having used a wallet, a DEX or stablecoins, and able to discuss what works and what's broken.
Fast learning ability and a strong sense of ownership, with comfort operating in ambiguity and at a fast pace.
Bonus Points
Hands-on Web3 experience such as DeFi, perpetuals trading, stablecoin payments, hackathons or DAO contributions.
Side projects, a product teardown, a newsletter, or an active X/GitHub presence.
