Settlement Product Development (f/m/d)

Strengthening Clearstream's presence in industry forums and trade associations to shape public opinion and influence market developments (market advocacy)

Contributing to new projects, feasibility studies, and simulations on customer portfolios

Designing new services to meet client needs

Developing in-depth expertise in CSD regulations and internal systems

Playing an active role in developing solutions to improve service efficiency

Specifying clear, detailed business requirements that meet both client needs and CSD regulations

Acting as a stakeholder in developing technical solutions alongside functional analysts and IT developers

Working with Operations to help design efficient processing flows

Following up on the writing of system requirements during the development phase

Overseeing the implementation and commercialization of new services, including market readiness, roll-out, marketing, and documentation

Good knowledge of the financial industry combined with strong expertise in settlement-related topics (global custodians, T2S, ICSDs, DLT platforms, smart contracts, cryptocurrency, etc.)

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Financial Market Infrastructures is an advantage

Fluency in English; good knowledge of French/German is an advantage

Ability to draw up reports in English

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Familiarity with the MS Office software suite

Good social skills, ability to cope with stress, and strong oral and written communication and presentation skills

Ability to work and acquire knowledge independently

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to move between a big-picture view and detailed focus
