What You'll Be Doing
Design and implement core protocol-level features for a compliance-first digital asset platform
Architect smart contracts and distributed systems that preserve transaction privacy while meeting regulatory standards
Collaborate with cryptography specialists to integrate zero-knowledge proofs and privacy-preserving techniques
Build and optimize blockchain infrastructure capable of institutional-grade scale and security
Partner cross-functionally with product, compliance, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into working protocols
Evaluate and contribute to emerging DeFi and distributed ledger standards relevant to the platform's roadmap
What We're Looking For
Proven experience engineering blockchain protocols, distributed systems, or decentralized applications
Strong grasp of applied cryptography concepts and their real-world implementation in smart contracts
Hands-on experience with blockchain development frameworks and protocol-layer engineering
Background in institutional finance, regulatory frameworks, or compliance-driven systems is highly valued
Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-evolving technical environments
Strong communication skills to collaborate across engineering, legal, and product stakeholders
Bonus Points
Experience with privacy-preserving protocols such as zero-knowledge proofs or secure multi-party computation
Familiarity with major blockchain ecosystems, layer-1/layer-2 architectures, or DeFi primitives
Prior work on digital asset custody, tokenization platforms, or regulated crypto products
