What You'll Be Doing
Conduct in-depth investigations into blockchain transactions, wallet activity, and DeFi protocol interactions tied to active litigation
Analyze smart contract code and decentralized applications to identify vulnerabilities, exploits, or fraudulent behavior
Serve as an expert witness, delivering clear, credible testimony on blockchain and crypto-related matters
Synthesize complex distributed ledger data into concise reports and visual evidence for legal teams
Collaborate with attorneys, forensic accountants, and compliance teams to build airtight case narratives
Stay current on emerging blockchain protocols, crypto laundering techniques, and evolving DeFi risk vectors
What We're Looking For
Proven expertise in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency systems, and distributed ledger architecture
Hands-on experience analyzing smart contracts and decentralized finance protocols
Strong background in forensic investigation, financial crime analysis, or crypto compliance
Exceptional ability to distill technical blockchain data into clear, persuasive communication
Comfort working in high-pressure, litigation-driven environments with strict confidentiality
Prior experience testifying or supporting expert witness engagements is highly valued
Bonus Points
Familiarity with blockchain forensic tools (Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic, etc.)
Experience with smart contract auditing or security research
Background in law enforcement, regulatory investigations, or digital asset compliance
