We're looking for a data-driven thinker to join our Business Operations team and help translate complex datasets into strategic action. You'll work at the intersection of analytics and decentralized finance, supporting a company building the smart contract infrastructure that major financial institutions are adopting. This is a rare opportunity to shape operational strategy inside one of the most influential teams in the web3 ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing
Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to surface actionable insights across the business
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key metrics tied to our distributed ledger initiatives
Partner cross-functionally with finance, product, and engineering teams supporting the Canton Network
Support planning cycles, forecasting models, and resource allocation decisions
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-backed improvements
Translate technical blockchain and smart contract initiatives into clear business narratives for leadership
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in business operations, data analytics, or a related analytical role
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and modern BI tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar)
Ability to work with large, complex datasets and communicate findings clearly
Genuine curiosity about blockchain, crypto, and decentralized financial systems
Excellent organizational skills and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Bonus Points
Prior experience in fintech, capital markets, or blockchain/web3 companies
Familiarity with smart contracts, tokenization, or institutional DeFi use cases
Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis
Exposure to enterprise distributed ledger technology platforms
