About This Role
As Chief Operating Officer, you'll be the driving force behind a platform that bridges traditional real estate investment with distributed ledger technology. You'll architect the operational engine that powers investor onboarding, smart contract-based transactions, and automated distributions — all while working at the cutting edge of DeFi and tokenized assets. This is a rare opportunity to lead operations for a product reshaping how people invest in real-world assets through web3 infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing
Design and scale operational processes for investor onboarding, KYC, and compliance across a crypto-native platform
Oversee wallet infrastructure and USDC transaction flows, ensuring seamless, secure stablecoin movement
Manage rental income distributions, share transfers, and redemption processes powered by smart contracts
Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Real Estate teams
Own KPIs, budgeting, resource planning, and performance tracking across the business
Translate high-level blockchain strategy into repeatable, scalable operational systems
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a COO, Head of Operations, or similar senior operational leader, ideally within fintech, crypto, or blockchain-driven businesses
Strong understanding of digital asset transactions, wallets, and stablecoin (USDC) ecosystems
Track record of building operational infrastructure from the ground up in a high-growth environment
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, able to align Legal, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders
Sharp analytical mindset with experience owning budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory landscape around tokenized real-world assets
Bonus Points
Direct experience with real estate, property tech, or asset tokenization platforms
Familiarity with smart contract logic and how it governs redemptions, transfers, or distributions
Background in scaling operations for a Series A/B crypto or DeFi startup
Existing network within London's blockchain and fintech ecosystem
