About This Role
This is a rare opportunity to define the product DNA of multiple blockchain-native businesses simultaneously. As CPO, you'll operate at the intersection of distributed ledger technology, DeFi innovation, and operational execution—working alongside a team with deep expertise in scaling new ventures and restructuring complex digital assets. You'll have the autonomy to build frameworks that span an entire portfolio while driving hands-on product execution for individual Solana-based initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Define and own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap across multiple crypto and web3 portfolio companies
Translate complex blockchain and smart contract capabilities into intuitive, user-first product experiences
Partner with engineering, design, and leadership teams to accelerate development of DeFi protocols and decentralized applications built on Solana
Identify synergies across portfolio companies to maximize technical and operational leverage
Drive data-informed decision-making to prioritize features that deliver measurable impact in competitive crypto markets
Serve as a key voice in investment and restructuring discussions, bringing product expertise to special situation deals
What We're Looking For
Proven track record as a senior product leader (CPO, VP Product, or equivalent) within crypto, fintech, or high-growth tech environments
Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and decentralized systems—Solana experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated success scaling products from concept to market in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Strong commercial instincts paired with technical fluency in distributed ledger technology
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders
Comfort operating across multiple portfolio companies simultaneously, balancing strategic oversight with tactical execution
Bonus Points
Prior experience in distressed asset turnarounds or special situations investing
Active involvement in the Solana ecosystem, DeFi protocols, or on-chain governance
Background launching consumer-facing crypto products at scale
Network within the broader web3 investor and builder community
