As Product Lead for Fund Connect's digital asset initiatives, you'll drive the commercialization strategy for tokenization capabilities that bridge institutional cash management with decentralized technologies—putting you at the forefront of one of finance's most transformative shifts.
What You'll Be Doing
Spearhead the product roadmap for tokenizing real-world assets, translating complex blockchain concepts into scalable institutional offerings
Partner cross-functionally with technology, legal, and operations teams to bring smart contracts and distributed ledger solutions from concept to market
Define go-to-market strategies that position our digital asset platform competitively within the evolving DeFi and institutional crypto landscape
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify liquidity management opportunities enabled by tokenized fund structures
Monitor regulatory developments and emerging distributed systems standards to ensure compliant, forward-thinking product design
Present strategic initiatives to senior leadership, articulating the business case for blockchain-enabled asset servicing
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in product management, strategy, or digital transformation within institutional financial services
Deep understanding of asset servicing, cash and liquidity management operations
Working knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, and tokenization frameworks as applied to real-world assets
Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to translate technical crypto concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
Bonus Points
Direct experience launching or scaling DeFi products or decentralized finance platforms
Familiarity with major blockchain networks, digital custody solutions, or crypto-native infrastructure
Prior exposure to regulatory frameworks governing digital assets and tokenized securities
Network within the broader web3 and institutional crypto ecosystem
