This isn't a single-track hire — it's a multi-disciplinary search spanning quant finance, blockchain and decentralized systems, mainframe modernization, and audit/compliance advisory. What You'll Be Doing
Advise clients on complex financial technology initiatives spanning distributed ledger systems, smart contracts, and traditional infrastructure
Evaluate crypto and DeFi-adjacent products for regulatory exposure, risk, and compliance readiness
Bridge legacy mainframe environments with modern, blockchain-enabled architectures
Conduct audits and compliance reviews across financial and web3-adjacent operations
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate quantitative models into actionable business strategy
Deliver high-trust advisory services to clients operating in highly regulated financial sectors
What We're Looking For
Strong background in finance, quantitative analysis, or technology consulting
Familiarity with blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, or decentralized finance concepts
Experience with mainframe systems, legacy modernization, or enterprise infrastructure
Audit, compliance, or regulatory advisory experience in finance
Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with demanding clients
Ability to operate independently across multiple specialized domains
Bonus Points
Direct experience auditing or advising on crypto and DeFi protocols
Exposure to smart contract security or distributed systems architecture
Professional certifications in finance, audit, or compliance (CFA, CPA, CISA)
Prior consulting experience in high-stakes, regulated environments
