About This Role
As COO, you'll serve as the strategic right hand to the CEO, President, and Board of Directors, translating high-level vision into executable operational mandates across our decentralized trading ecosystem. This position offers unmatched exposure to the fast-evolving crypto and web3 landscape, where your decisions will directly shape how a global exchange platform operates, scales, and stays compliant in a highly regulated yet rapidly innovating industry.
What You'll Be Doing
Act as a trusted confidant and advisor to the CEO, President, and Board on all matters of company-wide operations
Design and execute operational mandates that align with the company's crypto and blockchain-driven business objectives
Oversee legal and regulatory compliance frameworks specific to digital assets, FinTech, and decentralized finance
Lead enterprise risk management strategies across trading, forex, and cryptocurrency operations
Streamline logistics, internal processes, and cross-departmental workflows for maximum operational efficiency
Collaborate with leadership to scale global operations supporting smart contract-based trading infrastructure
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance; legal background or experience strongly preferred
10+ years of hands-on experience in Trading, Forex, and Cryptocurrency markets
Deep understanding of the FinTech industry, including blockchain and distributed ledger systems
Proven expertise in Legal and Compliance frameworks within regulated financial environments
Strong command of Risk Management principles applied to volatile crypto and DeFi markets
Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive-level decision-making skills
Bonus Points
Direct experience operating within a cryptocurrency exchange or decentralized trading platform
Familiarity with smart contracts and their operational/legal implications
Prior C-suite or executive leadership experience in a blockchain or web3 company
Network within the digital asset, DeFi, or FinTech compliance community
