What You'll Be Doing
Lead and optimize global operations spanning cryptocurrency trading, forex, and blockchain-based financial products
Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and the Board on operational direction and risk posture
Design and enforce robust compliance, legal, and risk management protocols aligned with evolving crypto regulations
Oversee smart contract-related operational workflows and ensure alignment with industry best practices
Drive cross-functional collaboration between trading, legal, compliance, and technology teams
Build scalable systems and processes to support the company's expansion in the web3 and digital asset space
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
10+ years of experience in trading, forex, and cryptocurrency markets
Deep understanding of the FinTech ecosystem, including legal, compliance, and risk management frameworks
Proven track record leading operations at an executive level within crypto or blockchain-driven organizations
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to advise C-suite leadership and board members
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate regulatory complexity in decentralized markets
Bonus Points
Direct experience with DeFi protocols, digital asset custody, or distributed ledger infrastructure
Familiarity with smart contract auditing or blockchain compliance tools
Established network within the global crypto and web3 investment community
Prior experience scaling operations for a high-growth FinTech or crypto-native company
