This internship places you at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain innovation. You'll work alongside a high-performing Crypto Accounting team responsible for safeguarding the integrity of digital asset records while scaling processes for explosive growth in the decentralized finance space. It's a rare chance to gain real-world fluency in how crypto, smart contracts, and DeFi activity translate into accurate financial reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
Support monthly and quarterly close cycles by preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations tied to digital asset activity
Assist in financial statement analysis and reporting across crypto and blockchain-related transactions
Apply U.S. GAAP standards to emerging, real-world scenarios shaped by distributed systems and tokenized assets
Partner cross-functionally to investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies within crypto operations
Help drive automation and process-improvement initiatives that scale with a fast-moving web3 business
Gain exposure to how regulatory compliance intersects with blockchain-based financial instruments
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, graduating Winter 2027/Spring 2028
Genuine curiosity about cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and how digital assets reshape financial reporting
Strong analytical thinking paired with comfort manipulating data in spreadsheets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational instincts
Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets
Bonus Points
Prior coursework or projects involving blockchain, DeFi, or crypto accounting standards
Familiarity with digital asset custody, tokenomics, or distributed ledger reconciliation
Exposure to automation tools or financial systems used in fintech environments
