About This Role
We're looking for a driven, curious individual eager to break into the blockchain and crypto industry through hands-on experience. This role blends business development with marketing strategy, giving you exposure to DeFi partnerships, community growth, and go-to-market execution in a dynamic distributed ledger environment. You'll work closely with experienced professionals shaping real strategies in a live web3 ecosystem.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify and cultivate potential partnerships with blockchain projects, DeFi protocols, and crypto-native communities
Support outreach campaigns and assist in building relationships with key stakeholders across the web3 landscape
Help craft marketing content and social media strategies that resonate with crypto audiences
Conduct market research on emerging smart contracts platforms, decentralized applications, and industry trends
Assist in organizing community events, AMAs, and collaborative campaigns with partner projects
Track and report on business development metrics and marketing campaign performance
What We're Looking For
Strong interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and decentralized systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
Basic understanding of crypto marketing channels (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Comfortable working in a startup-like, ambiguous environment
Bonus Points
Prior internship or project experience in web3, DeFi, or blockchain startups
Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools or smart contracts fundamentals
Existing network or presence within crypto Twitter/X communities
Experience with content creation, graphic design, or video editing
