Important: This is a on site position. You are required to be present at our office in Pinheiros, São Paulo, all days of the week.
At CloudWalk, our Data & AI team turns complex challenges into intelligent, high-impact solutions. We work on projects that shape the company’s core operations, building machine learning models, deeply exploring datasets, and developing applications that support strategic decisions across critical areas such as Treasury, Risk, and Funding.
We’re looking for someone curious, fast-learning, hands-on, and passionate about technology — someone familiar with Python and AI who can help drive the projects already on our roadmap. This person will act as a bridge between data and decision-making, with autonomy to propose, test, and evolve solutions.
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing Explore and activate real data: identify, clean, and structure data that directly impacts our cash position and daily operations Build intelligent models: apply machine learning and AI concepts to projects related to risk, funding, and financial operations Create visualizations: develop dashboards and analytical tools to support business decisions Collaborate across teams: work closely with areas like Treasury, CSE, Risk, and Product Deliver with accuracy: validating and ensuring data correctness will be an essential part of your routine What You Need to Succeed Degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields Strong proficiency in Python (especially for data and AI applications) Basic knowledge of SQL Genuine interest in data, technology, and artificial intelligence Hands-on profile, with the ability to learn quickly and work autonomously Intermediate English communication skills What Sets You Apart: Master’s or PhD, especially in quantitative fields (Statistics, Economics, Engineering) Personal projects involving AI, data science, or intelligent automation Knowledge of advanced statistics, econometrics, or predictive modeling Experience in environments with large datasets or critical daily operations
