About This Role
As a Dealing Operations Specialist, you'll sit at the intersection of traditional CFD trading infrastructure and the high-volatility digital asset space, including crypto instruments that demand precision and speed. This is a hands-on operational role for someone who thrives on keeping complex trading systems accurate, resilient, and ready for whatever the markets throw next—whether that's FX swings or crypto price shocks.
What You'll Be Doing
Configure and maintain trading platforms supporting multi-asset instruments, including cryptocurrencies and other digitally-native assets
Set up and calibrate pricing feeds and instrument parameters to ensure accurate, real-time market data across traditional and crypto markets
Monitor trade execution quality, flagging anomalies and ensuring smooth order flow during periods of extreme volatility
Collaborate cross-functionally with dealing desks, risk, and technology teams to troubleshoot platform and pricing issues
Maintain rigorous operational controls and documentation to support compliance and audit readiness
Support the rollout of new instruments and asset classes, including emerging crypto and blockchain-based products
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in dealing operations, trading support, or a similar role within CFD, FX, or crypto trading environments
Strong understanding of trading platform configuration, instrument setup, and pricing mechanics
Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and the unique operational challenges of digital asset trading
Sharp analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail under pressure
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across dealing, risk, and tech teams
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 24/7 trading environment
Bonus Points
Prior exposure to blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, or decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms
Experience working with crypto exchanges or multi-asset brokers
Knowledge of distributed ledger technology and how it intersects with traditional trading operations
