What You'll Be Doing
Identify and capture alpha opportunities across DeFi protocols, DEXs, and on-chain liquidity venues
Design and execute quantitative trading strategies tailored to decentralized market structures
Monitor capital flows, smart contracts, and protocol-level activity to spot emerging trends before the broader market
Collaborate with engineers and researchers to build tooling for on-chain data analysis and execution automation
Manage risk exposure across volatile crypto assets while optimizing for yield and liquidity efficiency
Stay ahead of evolving blockchain infrastructure, token launches, and governance shifts that impact trading conditions
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated experience trading within DeFi, on-chain markets, or broader crypto/digital asset environments
Strong quantitative background with the ability to model and backtest strategies in fast-moving markets
Deep understanding of blockchain mechanics, smart contracts, and decentralized exchange infrastructure
Comfort navigating ambiguity and rapidly shifting market structures without a traditional playbook
Sharp analytical mindset paired with disciplined risk management instincts
Strong communication skills to collaborate across trading, engineering, and research functions

Hands-on experience building or interacting with smart contracts
Familiarity with MEV, liquidity provisioning, or automated market maker mechanics
