What You'll Be Doing
Trade the financing book on a day-to-day basis, managing long and short side liquidity across Prime Financing and CB Institutional products.
Optimize net interest margin on principal borrow/lend activity through active position management and pricing adjustments.
Support asset and client pricing for financing implementation across lending, margin, and shorting products.
Engage directly with institutional clients—including hedge funds, ETF issuers, market makers, UHNW individuals, and corporates—to structure financing solutions.
Build and refine custom client solutions that improve onboarding, internal processes, and the overall client experience.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in equity or fixed income financing, prime brokerage, or derivatives at a bank, broker-dealer, or crypto exchange.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages applied to trading analytics, pricing models, or data analysis.
Demonstrated knowledge of fiat and crypto funding market fundamentals, including repo, securities lending, and margin financing mechanics.
Proven ability to communicate clearly with institutional clients and internal stakeholders while managing competing priorities with urgency.
Responsible use of generative AI tools, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Salary Range
USD 126,990 - 149,400 per year
