About This Role
This is a rare opportunity to join a recently launched digital asset investment platform at a formative stage, with real influence over its growth strategy. You'll be at the heart of a fund with a differentiated, research-driven approach to crypto and decentralized finance (DeFi) investing, working directly with founders to scale the business into its next phase.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive capital raising initiatives across institutional and family office investors interested in blockchain and digital asset strategies
Build and nurture a robust investor relations function, crafting messaging that communicates the fund's edge in crypto markets
Develop marketing materials, pitch decks, and due diligence documentation tailored to sophisticated allocators
Represent the fund at industry events, conferences, and web3 networking forums to expand visibility
Collaborate closely with portfolio managers and operations teams to align investor expectations with fund strategy
Establish scalable processes for investor onboarding, reporting, and ongoing relationship management
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in capital raising or investor relations, ideally within hedge funds, asset management, or digital asset/crypto investment vehicles
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance ecosystems
Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with institutional investors
Self-starter attitude with the ability to shape processes rather than simply follow them
Based in or willing to work from London
Bonus Points
Existing network of crypto-native investors, family offices, or digital asset allocators
Familiarity with distributed ledger technology across multiple blockchain protocols
Experience launching or scaling an emerging fund platform
Background in traditional finance transitioning into web3
