You'll have genuine ownership over how decentralized finance concepts get translated into scalable, client-facing products—working shoulder-to-shoulder with trading, sales, and technology teams to push blockchain adoption forward in capital markets.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive the design and launch of new digital asset products built on blockchain and distributed ledger technology
Partner closely with trading, sales, and engineering teams to translate crypto-market opportunities into deployable solutions
Evaluate smart contract use cases and DeFi-inspired mechanisms for institutional applicability
Challenge legacy market structures by proposing distributed systems alternatives
Engage directly with clients to understand demand for tokenized and digital asset offerings
Monitor evolving regulatory and market dynamics across crypto and decentralized finance
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in markets, trading, or digital assets within a financial institution
Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, and tokenization frameworks
Strong commercial instincts paired with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Demonstrated ownership mentality and comfort with entrepreneurial risk-taking
Strong communication skills suited to client-facing and trading-floor settings
Bonus Points
Direct experience launching DeFi or crypto-native products
Familiarity with institutional blockchain platforms (e.g., Onyx, Fnality, or similar)
Background in derivatives, repo, or collateral markets with digital asset exposure
Technical fluency in distributed ledger protocols
