What You'll Be Doing
Define and execute product strategy for blockchain-based and digital asset offerings, aligning technical capability with client demand
Partner closely with engineering teams building smart contracts and distributed ledger infrastructure to turn vision into shippable features
Lead end-to-end product launches, from discovery and requirements gathering through go-to-market execution
Translate market signals, client feedback, and web3 industry trends into a prioritized, actionable roadmap
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to navigate the regulatory nuances of crypto and decentralized finance products
Act as a key voice across stakeholder groups, aligning executives, engineers, and clients around shared product goals
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within fintech, blockchain, or other fast-moving technical domains
Genuine enthusiasm for blockchain, crypto, and the broader digital asset ecosystem
Strong track record of shipping products that balance technical depth with client usability
Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the ability to bring structure to emerging, fast-evolving technology spaces
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical blockchain concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, and compliance teams
Bonus Points
Direct experience with smart contract platforms or distributed ledger technology
Familiarity with institutional DeFi products or tokenization initiatives
Background in highly regulated financial environments
Exposure to large-scale enterprise blockchain deployments
