What You'll Be Doing
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for Webull Pay's crypto operations
Build robust financial controls and reporting frameworks tailored to digital asset and blockchain-based transactions
Partner with trading, compliance, and product teams to evaluate the financial implications of new crypto and DeFi offerings
Analyze crypto market trends, token economics, and smart contract-driven revenue streams to inform strategic decisions
Oversee treasury functions related to digital asset holdings and crypto liquidity management
Present financial insights and risk assessments to executive leadership and external stakeholders
What We're Looking For
8+ years of progressive finance experience, with direct exposure to crypto, web3, or digital asset businesses
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and the regulatory landscape surrounding decentralized finance
Proven track record building financial infrastructure in fast-paced, high-growth fintech or crypto environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex crypto market data into actionable business strategy
Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA strongly preferred
Bonus Points
Experience working directly with crypto exchanges, custodians, or blockchain infrastructure providers
Familiarity with smart contract auditing processes and on-chain financial reporting
Background in brokerage, trading platforms, or regulated financial services
