As Product Finance Director, you'll sit at the nexus of finance, product, and engineering, ensuring every new product, fund flow, and smart revenue model is built on airtight accounting logic from day one. You'll also spearhead the shift from manual reconciliation to AI-driven, automated financial operations — bringing a distributed-systems mindset to legacy finance processes.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the adoption of AI and automation across reconciliation workflows spanning cash, intercompany, AR, and treasury operations
Own accounting treatment for product fund flows — payments, issuing, acquiring, FX revaluation, and intercompany rebalancing — much like managing distributed ledger entries across a decentralized network
Govern fee structures and revenue recognition, maintaining audit-ready frameworks aligned with US GAAP and local regulatory standards
Direct the reconciliation operations team toward faster, more accurate close cycles (T+3 standard) and reduced financial discrepancies
Monitor AR exposure and credit risk metrics for the financial risk committee
Design and scale a cost engine to support accrual accounting, cost driver modeling, and reconciliation automation
What We're Looking For
10+ years in finance or product accounting, ideally within fintech, payments, crypto, or decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems
Deep understanding of fund flow accounting, revenue governance, and multi-entity reconciliation
Proven experience driving automation and AI-powered transformation in finance operations
Strong grasp of US GAAP and cross-border regulatory frameworks
Exceptional stakeholder management skills — able to translate complex product and smart contract-like fund logic into clear accounting frameworks
A builder's mindset: comfortable operating at the intersection of finance, technology, and product innovation
Bonus Points
Experience with blockchain-based settlement systems, distributed ledger technology, or crypto treasury operations
Familiarity with Web3 payment rails, stablecoins, or digital asset accounting
Background in building scalable financial infrastructure for high-growth fintech or decentralized platforms
