What You'll Be Doing
Execute and manage trading strategies across multiple asset classes, including cryptocurrencies and digital assets tied to blockchain infrastructure
Analyze market microstructure and liquidity trends across traditional and decentralized exchanges
Collaborate closely with quantitative developers to refine automated and systematic trading models
Monitor risk exposure in real time across volatile markets, including crypto and DeFi-correlated instruments
Contribute market insights to help shape the firm's approach to emerging web3 trading opportunities
Partner with global teams to share research, strategy ideas, and performance analysis
What We're Looking For
Proven track record as a trader in futures, equities, options, fixed income, or crypto markets
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data
Familiarity with blockchain-based assets, crypto derivatives, or decentralized trading venues is highly valued
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, test-driven, technology-forward environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills within a globally distributed organization
Adaptability and intellectual curiosity — especially toward emerging distributed ledger technologies
Bonus Points
Experience trading on decentralized exchanges or interacting with smart contracts
Background in quantitative finance, computer science, or engineering
Exposure to DeFi protocols, tokenomics, or on-chain data analysis
Prior experience at a proprietary trading firm or hedge fund
