About This Role
As a Graduate DeFi Algorithmic Trader, you will be at the forefront of crypto liquidity provision, designing and optimizing strategies that impact major cryptocurrency exchanges. You will gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic areas of finance, contributing directly to market efficiency and innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
Developing and implementing advanced algorithmic trading strategies in the DeFi space
Analyzing market data to identify new trading opportunities and optimize existing strategies
Collaborating with a team of experienced traders and developers to improve trading infrastructure
Monitoring and managing automated trading systems in real-time
Researching and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cryptocurrency and decentralized finance
What We're Looking For
Strong academic background in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
A genuine interest and understanding of financial markets, particularly cryptocurrencies and DeFi
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong programming skills, preferably in Python or C++
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and adapt
Bonus Points
Previous experience in trading or quantitative analysis
Contributions to open-source projects or personal trading projects
Knowledge of blockchain technology and smart contracts
