What You'll Be Doing
Lead and grow a world-class SRE organization responsible for the reliability of critical blockchain and web3 infrastructure
Define and execute a long-term reliability roadmap spanning smart contracts platforms, wallet services, and exchange systems
Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and resilience engineering across distributed, high-availability environments
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, security, and product teams to embed reliability into every stage of development
Establish SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets that balance innovation velocity with system stability
Champion automation, observability, and capacity planning practices across the crypto infrastructure stack
What We're Looking For
Proven track record leading SRE or infrastructure engineering teams at scale, ideally within fintech, crypto, or distributed systems environments
Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and high-availability architecture
Strong understanding of blockchain systems, decentralized networks, or crypto transaction processing
Demonstrated ability to manage incident response for mission-critical, always-on platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience building SRE culture and practices from the ground up or at significant scale
Bonus Points
Hands-on experience with smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or blockchain node infrastructure
Familiarity with regulatory and security considerations unique to crypto platforms
Background in high-frequency trading, payments, or other latency-sensitive systems
