VIP Relationship Manager
About This Role
We're searching for a commercially driven VIP Relationship Manager to cultivate and expand our highest-value client portfolio within the global crypto ecosystem. What You'll Be Doing
Build, nurture, and grow deep relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients trading across our decentralized and centralized crypto products
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP users, delivering tailored onboarding, support, and strategic account guidance
Identify revenue opportunities by understanding client trading behavior across crypto, DeFi, and digital asset markets
Collaborate cross-functionally with trading, compliance, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Represent the voice of VIP clients internally, feeding insights back into product and platform development
Proactively manage a pipeline of prospective VIP relationships to drive sustainable portfolio growth
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in relationship management, private banking, or VIP sales—ideally within crypto, fintech, or trading environments
Strong commercial instincts with the ability to spot and convert high-value opportunities
Solid understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and the broader distributed systems landscape
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort engaging C-suite and ultra-high-net-worth clients
Self-starter mentality with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving crypto market
Based in or willing to work from London, with flexibility for client meetings

Existing network of high-net-worth crypto or traditional finance clients
Experience working directly within a blockchain, web3, or digital asset trading firm
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, token economics, or derivatives trading
