As our Junior Copywriter, you'll craft the messaging that introduces everyday people to the world of DeFi, smart contracts, and distributed ledger technology, turning complex crypto concepts into compelling, accessible content.
What You'll Be Doing
Write persuasive, conversion-driven copy for emails, landing pages, and ad campaigns centered on blockchain and DeFi education
Translate technical crypto and smart contract concepts into clear, engaging language for everyday learners
Collaborate closely with research analysts and marketing strategists to ensure accuracy and impact in every piece
Test and refine messaging across channels to optimize engagement and conversion within the web3 education space
Support product launches, webinars, and campaigns tied to our growing suite of decentralized finance courses
Maintain brand voice consistency across all written materials
What We're Looking For
1+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in marketing, fintech, or crypto-adjacent industries
Strong grasp of grammar, tone, and persuasive writing techniques
Genuine curiosity about blockchain, DeFi, and distributed systems technology
Ability to simplify complex financial or technical topics without losing accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, independently funded company
Excellent collaboration skills and openness to feedback
Bonus Points
Prior experience writing for crypto, fintech, or web3 brands
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, tokenomics, or smart contract platforms
Background in direct-response or performance marketing copy
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
