Junior FP&A Analyst

What You'll Be Doing
Build and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across blockchain product lines
Support cash flow tracking and capital allocation planning tied to crypto treasury operations and token-related initiatives
Analyze operational and financial data to surface actionable insights for leadership decision-making
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and DeFi strategy teams to align financial planning with company goals
Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing performance metrics across decentralized and traditional business units
Assist in evaluating financial implications of smart contract-driven products and new ecosystem launches
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
1-2 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance function
Strong Excel/modeling skills; familiarity with financial planning tools a plus
Genuine curiosity about blockchain, crypto, and decentralized finance ecosystems
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Bonus Points
Prior exposure to crypto accounting, token economics, or digital asset reporting
Understanding of smart contracts and how they impact financial operations
Experience working at a Web3, blockchain, or AI-focused company
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
