About This Role
DeepCubation has spent over a decade incubating category-defining crypto ventures, and we need a relationship-driven leader to own our capital strategy as we scale. This is a rare opportunity to shape investor narratives for a portfolio spanning distributed ledger infrastructure, consumer applications, and decentralized finance—all built in-house rather than passively allocated. You'll operate at the intersection of high-stakes fundraising and genuine blockchain innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
Architect and execute investor relations strategy across multiple funding cycles for our Web3 venture portfolio
Translate complex smart contract architectures and tokenomics models into compelling narratives for institutional and crypto-native investors
Build and nurture a network of VCs, family offices, and strategic partners invested in decentralized technology
Lead capital raise processes from initial outreach through term sheet negotiation and close
Collaborate cross-functionally with founders and portfolio teams to craft data-driven investment materials
Represent DeepCubation at industry conferences, DeFi summits, and private investor gatherings
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in investor relations, venture capital, or investment banking—preferably within blockchain or fintech
Demonstrated fluency in crypto market dynamics, token design, and distributed systems fundamentals
Proven track record managing relationships with institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify technical blockchain concepts for diverse audiences
Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-venture studio environment
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field (MBA a plus)
Bonus Points
Direct experience raising capital for tokenized or DeFi-native projects
Existing relationships within the crypto investment community
Background in structuring SAFT, SAFE, or token warrant agreements
Prior experience at a venture studio or multi-portfolio investment firm
