What You'll Be Doing
Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable blockchain integrations connecting enterprise infrastructure with public distributed ledger networks
Architect smart contract solutions and crypto-asset workflows that power Kinexys products
Define technical strategy for DeFi-adjacent initiatives and digital asset platform connectivity
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, risk, and compliance teams to ensure robust, secure deployment of blockchain systems
Mentor engineering teams on best practices in distributed systems and decentralized technology
Evaluate emerging web3 protocols and assess their applicability to enterprise blockchain use cases
What We're Looking For
Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying smart contracts and blockchain-based applications
Deep understanding of public blockchain networks, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized architecture
Proven track record leading technical strategy for complex, large-scale distributed systems
Strong background in secure software engineering practices within regulated financial environments
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex blockchain concepts to diverse stakeholders
Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams toward technical excellence
Bonus Points
Familiarity with DeFi protocols, tokenization frameworks, or digital asset custody solutions
Contributions to open-source blockchain or crypto projects
Experience with cross-chain interoperability and Layer 2 scaling solutions
Background working within highly regulated financial or enterprise blockchain environments
