What You'll Be Doing
Architect and design resilient, scalable blockchain and distributed ledger systems that meet enterprise security and compliance standards
Lead the development of smart contracts and decentralized applications that integrate seamlessly with existing financial infrastructure
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps
Evaluate and recommend emerging web3 and DeFi technologies that align with long-term business strategy

What We're Looking For
Proven hands-on experience architecting blockchain, distributed ledger, or decentralized systems at scale
Deep understanding of smart contract development, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic protocols
Strong background in enterprise software architecture with a track record of leading complex technical initiatives
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
A problem-solver's mindset with meticulous attention to detail and system design rigor
