About This Role
This role is responsible for building the systems that connect Mesh's products to its books and for producing the revenue metrics that run the business. Working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering, you'll design and ship the integrations, billing logic and reconciliation tools behind Mesh's deposit, on/off-ramp, OTC and card products. You'll own revenue operations end to end, including Salesforce, revenue reporting and commission administration. This is a builder role: most of the work is shipping systems rather than manually running reports.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the architecture and integrations of finance and revenue systems across Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Bill.com, card programs and the data warehouse.
Partner with Product and Engineering to build the billing engine for ramps and payments, covering partner fee schedules, markups, revenue splits and monthly partner settlements.
Build reconciliation and alerting systems with Engineering and Product that match platform transactions, partner statements, bank and on-chain activity and the ledger, with alerts for subsidy balances, float levels, uncredited deposits, refunds and failed settlements feeding into Treasury and Accounting.
Own Salesforce as a system, including data standards, account ownership, the HubSpot sync, pipeline reporting, and the deal approval workflow and pricing guardrails.
Produce payments metrics the business manages to, along with an account health view showing which customers are ramping or slowing and why.
Administer sales commissions by calculating payouts from Salesforce and billing data within a dedicated system.
Automate recurring non-payroll close work, including expense allocations, cost of revenue reclasses and transaction coding.
Build AI-assisted workflows for AP intake, coding, payment matching and collections.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in revenue operations, finance operations, finance systems or billing at a payments or fintech company; payments experience is required.
A track record of shipping integrations and data pipelines yourself, including with Salesforce and NetSuite.
Experience building revenue metrics and administering sales commissions.
Experience writing requirements with engineering teams and seeing them through to production.
Bonus Points
Experience with payment reconciliation at scale.
Experience with on-chain and stablecoin data.
Experience with commission tools.
Salary Range
USD 160,000 - 200,000 per year
