What You'll Be Doing
Support due diligence on emerging blockchain, web3, and decentralized infrastructure investment opportunities
Build financial models and market maps across crypto, smart contracts, and industrial tech sectors
Partner with investment and venture studio teams to evaluate portfolio companies shaping the Electron Economy
Research trends in distributed systems, DeFi protocols, and software-enabled industrial platforms
Prepare investment memos, pitch materials, and strategic recommendations for leadership review
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and founders building category-leading companies
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, ideally with coursework or interest in blockchain, finance, or venture capital
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Genuine curiosity about web3, crypto, and decentralized technology ecosystems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor-facing materials
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
Prior internship experience in investment banking, venture capital, or startup operations preferred
Bonus Points
Hands-on exposure to smart contracts, DeFi protocols, or crypto-native projects
Experience analyzing industrial robotics, AI infrastructure, or energy-sector investments
Familiarity with venture studio or company-building models
Technical understanding of distributed ledger architecture or tokenomics
