About This Role
We're looking for a highly motivated OTC Crypto Derivatives Sales Trader to join our dynamic team, supporting a 24-7 over-the-counter (OTC) cryptocurrency options flow operation. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-growing, innovative organization.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide pricing and liquidity on OTC and exchange RFQs, using discretionary judgment based on market conditions and client goals.
Structure and price bespoke options solutions tailored to clients' hedging, yield, and directional objectives.
Produce client pitches, trade ideas, and sales materials backed by quantitative analysis, turning market and regulatory developments into timely, actionable insights.
Drive new business, grow the client base, and deepen existing institutional relationships to increase revenue generation.
Share market color and client feedback with internal teams to help shape product development and pricing strategy.
Support and help grow a 24-7 options flow operation with teams based in Singapore, the UK, and the US, ensuring consistent service and optimal trading conditions for clients across multiple time zones.
Work with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Onboarding to ensure smooth client onboarding, accurate trade booking and settlement, and adherence to internal policies and applicable regulations.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an options trader or sales-trader, ideally structuring and selling options strategies to institutional and high-net-worth clients.
A solid broker-dealer background, with comfort trading on a discretionary basis.
A proven revenue track record and an established network of institutional clients.
Exceptional understanding of derivatives pricing, portfolio management, and risk management.
Strong quantitative analysis and data manipulation skills to analyze market data and build client pitches, trade ideas, and sales materials.
A deep understanding of digital assets and crypto derivatives venues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to perform under pressure, make quick decisions, and handle high volumes of transactions.
Comfort working flexible hours in coordination with global teams.
