As a Prediction Markets Trader, you'll operate at the intersection of algorithmic trading and emerging blockchain infrastructure, bringing liquidity and precision to decentralized prediction markets. What You'll Be Doing
Design and execute trading strategies across prediction market platforms built on blockchain rails
Analyze market inefficiencies and develop algorithmic models to capture alpha in decentralized environments
Monitor smart contracts governing market settlement and resolution mechanisms
Collaborate with quant researchers and engineers to refine pricing models and risk frameworks
Stay ahead of regulatory and technological developments shaping crypto and DeFi markets
Provide liquidity and improve market efficiency across multiple prediction market venues
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in quantitative or algorithmic trading, ideally within crypto or traditional finance
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized systems
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and market signals quickly
Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-stakes trading environments
Excellent problem-solving skills and a genuine curiosity about web3 innovation
